I’m very excited to have found Jean-Luc Mommaerts, MD, MSc, a gifted Dutch physician, who has developed an extraordinary collection of guided imagery and hypnosis CDs for a prodigious number of health challenges. The content is brilliant, multifaceted and plentiful (7 relaxation and imagery tracks in each, running ap-proximately 75 minutes of playing time) and I’d follow his deep, calming, trustworthy voice anywhere. He calls what he does by the European term, autosuggestion, but whatever you want to call it, its immersive self-healing at its best. We’re starting out with three CDs for Chronic Headache, Sleeping Better and Irritable Bowel, and if you’re half as enthusiastic about his work as I am, we’ll be adding a lot more. Wait ‘til you hear this voice!
